You can obtain a replacement card through the steps below if you received your card in Oklahoma. If you were hunter education certified in another state you will need to contact the state you received your card in to get a replacement card. For a list of State conservation agencies.

1. Get your number or  Print off replacement hunter education card,
click here. Type your name as it would appear on the original card

2. If replacement card is needed, send in your name, address, date of birth, social security number, approximately when and where you took the course and $5.00 to: Hunter Education, Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, PO Box 53465, OKC, OK 73152.
