Location: Mohawk Park (Zoo) main entrance is located on E 36th St N East of N Sheridan Rd. Mohawk Reflective Ponds are accessible by taking an immediate right on Cherokee Drive once inside the park main entrance. (Public fishing is also allowed in the Mohawk Creek area. From the main zoo entrance, continue North on Chickasaw Dr to Creek Dr, which parallels Mohawk Creek.)

Notable Characteristics: The ponds have good fishing access and are stocked with channel catfish annually.

Other Comments: Though the ponds are inside Mohawk Park, which has numerous facilities, there are few facilities in the immediate area of the ponds. There are a few places around the ponds that trees overhang. Try casting into these areas, as fish tend to congregate there.
