Disability Fishing or Hunting License

• Must be approved by an Authorized Department Employee.
• Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Railroad Retirement
• Payment accepted by cashier's check, money order, VISA or MasterCard.
• Licenses are non-transferable

Resident 5-Year License Application

• Includes hunting and/or fishing license and Legacy permit only.
• Social Security Number is required.
• Proof of residency for 6 months.
• Hunter Education certification required if applicant is 35 years of age or under.
• Applicants 35 or under who have not completed hunter education will be issued an apprentice-designated license.
• Payment accepted by cashier's check, money order, VISA or MasterCard.
• Licenses are non-transferable.
• If a hunting and fishing 5-year license is purchased separately, they can not be combined.
