Taste of the Wild “A Taste of the Wild” is an interactive exhibit where visitor’s can sample wild game, including buffalo chili, venison jerky and fried fish. You can pick up all the recipes and remember to bring someone to introduce to wild game cooking who hasn’t ever had the opportunity to try it.
