ODWC Field Days are designed to help hunters build confidence, sharpen their skills, and learn how to make the most of Oklahoma’s public hunting opportunities.

These events focus on practical, hands-on learning. Topics may include understanding regulations, finding hunting locations, improving technique, and processing game. Whether you are brand new to hunting or looking to expand your knowledge, Field Days are a great way to grow your skills and connect with the hunting community.

Participants can expect:

  • Guidance on public land hunting opportunities
  • Skill-building instruction tailored to the featured species
  • Practical demonstrations and hands-on learning
  • Opportunities to ask questions and connect with ODWC staff

Field Days are offered in a supportive, welcoming environment and are often a great option for individuals or families who want to learn together.

Registration is required through GoOutdoorsOklahoma.com. Participants will receive additional resources about public land hunting opportunities after the event, as well as a brief survey to help us improve future programs.
