Fishing Tips

Fishing is deeply ingrained in the culture of Oklahoma, a state blessed with an abundance of lakes, rivers, and streams. Anglers can target a range of species, including bass, catfish, crappie, and trout, making the state a prime destination for both novice and experienced fishermen.

The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation is committed to providing quality fishing resources to anglers of all skill levels as well as those who are interested in fishing for the first time.
