Air Fryer Teriyaki Venison Pineapple Kabobs

Looking for a way to transform venison into a mouthwatering meal? These Air Fryer Teriyaki Venison Pineapple Kabobs are the answer! Marinate the venison in rich teriyaki sauce, then skewer it with pineapple, peppers, and onions. A quick cook in the air fryer gives you tender, juicy kabobs with a sweet and savory flavor. Serve with rice, and you’ve got a meal that’s sure to impress!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds venison, cubed
  • 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce

Directions

  1. Marinate venison cubes in teriyaki sauce for at least two hours.
  2. Thread venison, pineapple, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
  3. Preheat air fryer at 380°F, then cook kabobs for six minutes, turn kabobs over and cook an additional six minutes.
  4. Serve with rice or another side of your choosing.
