Walleye are stocked and brush piles are put into the lake for fish habitat.

Easy access to the water's edge is available in many of the public-use areas. The concrete walk along the spillway is also accessible.

Bass, Largemouth, Bass, Spotted Good on crankbaits, jerk baits, plastic baits, spinnerbaits around main lake, points, riprap, rocks.

Bass, White, Crappie, Black, Crappie, White Fair on hair jigs, jigs, live bait, minnows, small lures around creek channels, main lake, river channel, standing timber.

Paddlefish Good on snagging around below the dam, main lake, river channel.
