Bass, White, Catfish, Channel, Crappie, White, Walleye Fair on bill baits, crankbaits, jigs, minnows around dam, docks, main lake, rocks.

Tom Steed Reservoir Report

May 23. Elevation is 6 ft. below normal (falling), water temperature 65°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level)

Crappie, White Fair on jigs, minnows around brush structure, rocks, shorelines.

Catfish, Blue, Catfish, Channel Good on cut bait, stinkbait, worms around points, rocks, shorelines.

Bass, Striped Hybrid, Bass, White, Saugeye Fair on crankbaits around main lake, points.

Comments: Trolling with deep crankbaits for white bass, hybrids and saugeye.

Ellsworth Lake Report

Saugeye Good on crankbaits, hair jigs, jigs, small lures around main lake, points, rocks.

Catfish, Blue, Catfish, Channel Fair on chicken liver, punch bait, shad around main lake, points, shallows.

Crappie, White Good on jigs, minnows, tube jigs around brush structure, docks, rocks.
