Murray Report

Konawa Report

May 22. Elevation is Normal (stable), water temperature 70°F and clear.

Bass, Largemouth Good on crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits, topwater lures around main lake, points, weed beds.

Bass, Striped Hybrid, Bass, White Fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, live shad, spoons around coves, discharge, river channel.

Catfish, Channel Good on chicken liver, cut bait, shad, worms around inlet, riprap, weed beds.

Arbuckle Report

May 21. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal (stable), water temperature 80°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level)

Bass, Smallmouth Good on spinnerbaits around main lake.

Comments: Largemouth bass good on shaky-head worms, topwater lures, shallow running crankbaits and square-billed crankbaits, Crappie slow off docks and in the lake. The dock in Guy Sandy is broke, no fishing is allowed.
